Data protection and data security have top priority at SMG. SMG acts in accordance with the applicable data protection law, in particular the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (DSG).
SMG stores and processes personal data exclusively for clearly defined, unambiguous and legitimate purposes of its own organization. Clearly regulated processes apply to the processing of personal data of employees, clients and donors, with which we ensure the confidential handling of the data. Personal data is stored in electronic form on secure servers in Switzerland and is retained for the legally prescribed periods of time.
All employees, clients and donors have the right to information about the data stored about them, the recipients and the purpose of the data processing. Personal data will only be passed on to third parties upon request or with consent.
In the case of personal data that is disclosed to us and that individuals have consented to the use of, they have the right to withdraw their consent for future data processing.
